In 2020 Kat & Rach were in a mild panic (as were the rest of the world!).
Working together in a Leeds’ super-agency, redundancy suddenly hit (thanks Covid) and the world entered a new normal (thanks again Covid). So...what do you do in the middle of a global pandemic? You set-up your own consultancy.
Driven by a relentless passion and belief that you can be a great mum and build a business that inspires other entrepreneurs to create brands our kids will thank us for in the future. Theodore was born. Taking inspiration from the strengths of the two co-founders, theory and order.
